BluePynk is an online store that allows you to design and purchase customized products like T-shirts, mugs, phone cases, and more. You can personalize items with your own text, images, and colors before placing an order.
Simply browse our collection, choose a product, customize it using our easy-to-use design tool, and add it to your cart. Once done, proceed to checkout and complete your payment through Razorpay.
We use Razorpay as our secure payment gateway. You can pay using credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, or popular wallets like Paytm and PhonePe.
Since we start customization shortly after your order is placed, modifications or cancellations are only possible before production begins. Please contact our support team as soon as possible if you need any changes.
Customized orders typically take 3–7 business days to be produced and shipped. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the product type.
As each item is customized, refunds are only applicable for defective or damaged products. If you receive an incorrect or damaged order, please contact our support within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement.
Yes. All payments are processed through Razorpay’s PCI-DSS-compliant platform, ensuring that your transaction and personal details remain secure and encrypted.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with the tracking link. You can also view the status anytime from your BluePynk account under ‘My Orders’.
No, BluePynk ships customized products only within India with our trusted courier partners.
