At Bluepynk, we aim to deliver your handcrafted and customized products with care, on time, and in perfect condition. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.
• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• Customized/personalized items may require additional processing time depending on design and production complexity.
• You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.
Domestic (India):
• Printing Time: Orders are custom printed within 2 business days
• Delivery Time: Estimated 3–7 business days after printing

• Once your order is printed, it will be dispatched and tracking details will be shared
• All product prices listed on our website include GST. No additional charges at checkout
• Referral reward is evaluated only on the referred user's first successful order of customized items. A reward of INR 55 is credited if the customized order total exceeds INR 499 but is INR 999 or less; INR 110 is credited for totals above INR 999. Plain items do not qualify.
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS. Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to reflect on the courier partner’s website.
• Courier partners usually make 2–3 delivery attempts. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package.
• If the package is returned due to repeated failed attempts or refusal to accept, reshipping charges will apply.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for plain/non-customized products. An additional charge of ₹10 applies for COD orders.
• Customers who refuse COD orders may lose COD eligibility for future purchases.
Please provide the correct and complete shipping address, including landmark and contact number. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect/incomplete addresses.
Delivery times may be affected by festivals, weather conditions, courier network issues. In case of unavoidable delays, we will notify you promptly.
• If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos/videos.
• If your package is lost in transit, we will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.
• Any missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• Printing or manufacturing defects on BluePynk standard-design T-shirts are covered for 30 days from delivery under our 30-Day Quality Guarantee (see bluepynk.com/quality-guarantee).
