Refund & Return Policy

1. General Conditions

All returns, cancellations, and refunds are subject to the terms outlined below.

Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is required for all claims.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds that do not meet the stated conditions.

2. Returns for Non-Customized Products

You may return eligible non-customized products within 7 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.

3. Customized / Personalized Products

Non-Returnable: Personalized/custom-made items are created specifically for you and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Exceptions: If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, we will replace or refund it. Customers must provide photo/video proof within 48 hours of delivery.

4. Refunds

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except where we shipped the wrong or defective product.

Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank, payment provider, or wallet service.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders for non-customized products may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

Orders for customized/personalized products can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, after which production begins.

If an order status is updated to 'Ready for Shipping' and then cancelled, a flat deduction of ₹100 will be applied. The remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method.

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders that are refused or cancelled at the time of delivery may lead to account restrictions or denial of COD option for future purchases.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting evidence (photos/videos).

We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund as applicable, after verification.

Include your order ID, reason for return, and supporting proof (if applicable). Claims without sufficient proof may not be eligible.

8. Governing Law

This Refund & Return Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
