We specialize in selling craft items, including personalized/customized products.

All product images on the site are for illustration purposes only. Actual items may vary slightly due to handmade nature and customization.

Personalized/customized items are made to order based on the details, designs, and photos provided by you.

3. Orders and Payments

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

For customized items, customers are responsible for providing accurate details (names, dates, photos, etc.). We are not liable for errors resulting from incorrect information provided.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for plain/non-customized items. COD option is not available for customized orders.

For COD orders, an additional charge of ₹10 will be applied.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch products within the specified timelines. However, delays due to courier, customs, or unforeseen circumstances may occur.

Shipping charges and delivery times vary depending on location.

Once an order is shipped, tracking details will be shared (if applicable).

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Non-Customized Products: Eligible for return/refund within 7 days of delivery, provided items are unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Customized/Personalized Products: Not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless damaged or defective upon delivery.

Customers must notify us of any damages/defects within [48 hours] of receiving the product, along with photo/video proof.

Cancellation requests for customized orders will only be accepted within [24 hours] of placing the order.

If an order status is updated to 'Ready for Shipping' and then cancelled, a flat deduction of ₹100 will be applied. The remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, product images, and content on this website are the intellectual property of BluePynk and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

Customers must ensure they have the rights to use any images, logos, or text they provide for customization. We are not responsible for copyright infringements arising from customer-provided content.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for slight variations in color, size, or texture of handmade items.

We are not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services.

We are not liable for incorrect customization details provided by customers.

Our liability is limited strictly to the value of the product purchased.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

Customer information is collected only for order processing, customization, and delivery.

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except where necessary for fulfilling your order.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
