These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, customers, and users of our website.
By using our site, you agree that you are at least 18 years old or accessing under the supervision of a parent/guardian.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms without prior notice.
We specialize in selling craft items, including personalized/customized products.
All product images on the site are for illustration purposes only. Actual items may vary slightly due to handmade nature and customization.
Personalized/customized items are made to order based on the details, designs, and photos provided by you.
Customers are required to follow the washing and care instructions provided with each product. Failure to do so may void eligibility under the 30-Day Quality Guarantee.
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
All product prices displayed on our website are inclusive of GST. No additional GST will be added during checkout.
Referral Program Rule: Referral reward is evaluated only on the referred user's first successful order of customized items. A reward of INR 55 is credited if the customized order total exceeds INR 499 but is INR 999 or less; a reward of INR 110 is credited if the order total exceeds INR 999. Plain (non-customized) items do not qualify, and later orders are not considered.
For customized items, customers are responsible for providing accurate details (names, dates, photos, etc.). We are not liable for errors resulting from incorrect information provided.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for plain/non-customized items. COD option is not available for customized orders.
For COD orders, an additional charge of ₹10 will be applied.
We aim to dispatch all custom-printed products within the specified timelines. However, delivery may be delayed due to courier issues or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
All orders are printed within 2 business days and shipped with FREE delivery. Delivery timelines typically range from 3–7 business days and may vary based on location.
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared for your convenience (where applicable).
Non-Customized Products: Eligible for return/refund within 7 days of delivery, provided items are unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Customized/Personalized Products: Not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless damaged or defective upon delivery.
Customers must notify us of any transit damage or incorrect items within 48 hours of receiving the product, along with photo/video proof.
30-Day Quality Guarantee: T-shirts featuring BluePynk's standard/listed designs are covered for genuine printing or manufacturing defects for 30 calendar days from delivery. Customized designs and customer-supplied artwork are not covered.
Video evidence is mandatory for all guarantee claims. For washing-related print claims, appropriate video evidence of the washing process may be required to verify that BluePynk's washing and care instructions were followed; claims without adequate video evidence may be rejected.
Damage resulting from washing, drying, ironing, bleaching, chemical exposure, excessive heat, misuse, or any care method contrary to BluePynk's instructions is not covered. Approved claims are resolved by replacement or refund at BluePynk's discretion, subject to applicable law. The guarantee is not a change-of-mind or wrong-size return policy.

Cancellation requests for customized orders will only be accepted within [24 hours] of placing the order.
If an order status is updated to 'Ready for Shipping' and then cancelled, a flat deduction of ₹100 will be applied. The remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method.
All designs, product images, and content on this website are the intellectual property of BluePynk and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
Customers must ensure they have the rights to use any images, logos, or text they provide for customization. We are not responsible for copyright infringements arising from customer-provided content.
We are not liable for slight variations in color, size, or texture of handmade items.
We are not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services.
We are not liable for incorrect customization details provided by customers.
Our liability is limited strictly to the value of the product purchased.
Customer information is collected only for order processing, customization, and delivery.
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except where necessary for fulfilling your order.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
